Hannah Thomas-Peter is Sky News' New York correspondent. She films, edits and produces her own stories, often working closely with our staff in the Washington bureau.

Since moving to the US, Hannah has covered a range of high profile stories, such as the trial of Conrad Murray in LA, the “Occupy Wall Street” movement, the 10-year anniversary of the September 11 attacks, and the death of Osama bin Laden.

Before moving to the US, Hannah worked as a producer at Sky News Centre.

She worked as Adam Boulton’s producing during the 2010 General Election coverage in the UK.

Hannah won the Royal Television Society’s young journalist of the year award in 2009.
